PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM

I just emptied my camera of all the pictures I have taken since January!  I am very behind!  And a lot happened in that time frame.  We went to the 60th anniversary party for Mike's Aunt Patsy and Uncle Ellis Worley.  Great time visiting with family that day.

Just had to go ahead and put those in here!  Now on to the main topic, Ava's Preschool Program.

Ava attends PreSchool two days a week.  And she has learned so much!  I love listening to her sing a new song!  I can never learn too many songs!

We went to her end of the year program.  It was all about animals.  The green background you see is sort of a jungle look.  She was ever so cute!  And very active!  One of the few who actually did all the hand motions to the songs.  Jay said at their practice for the program, the kids were not singing very loud.  The teachers asked them to sing louder.  Ava was very obedient!  Now, in a full auditorium, I could not distinguish her individual voice.  I guess my Grammy skills were not functioning well that night.

Ava is on the top row in the middle with the yellow visor on.  There were a ton of kids on the stage, so you are only seeing a few.
If you enlarge, you might actually see her face!
Ava really getting in to her hand motions.  More so than most of the kids.  She is second from the left in this one.
At this point she is off the stage, heading for the aisle to go back to her classroom.  Although shelooks like she is waving at me, she is actually shouting, "Hi Poppy", to Sarah's dad.  I am not sure she ever saw me!  She is third from the left, waving.
Just included this one because I think she is cute.  She may have actually seen me in this one.
One last shot of her after Sarah retrieved her from her classroom, snack in hand.  A good time had by all.  Afterwards we all went to Red Robin for burgers.  She got to stay up late that night!
And what a little sweetie Eli was the whole time!  How could he complain?  He got passed around to be held and admired.  I still cannot hold him due to my shoulder surgery.  I don't think he misses me holding him, though.  Aunt Jenni and Pop make sure to hold him a lot!  He is so cute!

"5But I trust your mercy.
My heart finds joy in your salvation.

6I will sing to the Lord
because he has been good to me."
